My name is Ginette and I am 77 years old. I would like to tell you how grateful I am to Mr. Nathan and his 21 days program. I never was much on exercises,but I have to admit that I really enjoyed doing them,it help me loose some inches and I feel a lot more active ,my grand daughter tells me that I look more cheerful everytime that I workout. When I started the 21 Day Program on Jan. 9th I was not exercising and eating properly. Through the guidance of Nathan Nowak and Jennifer Murray I am now exercising on a regular daily basis and eating healthier than I had been. After one week of beginning the 21 Day Program I was able to see a difference in my size and feel better from excersing and eating properly. I could not believe how quickly the change began. When John and I first came to Nathan, approximately 3 months before our wedding, I could not fit into my wedding dress and John was having a hard time filling out his tux. What a difference a few months made! I lost 5%body fat and my dress fit perfectly! John gained 10lbs of muscle mass and with his new physique, looked amazing in his tux! Thanks to Nathan and Trinity, we now have the skills to keep the fat away and the muscle on for the rest of our lives together. Thank you, Nathan and Trinity!

Four years ago I fractured my lower back. Over time my fractures healed but the pain remained. Before my injury I was extremely active and regularly participated in weight training, kickboxing, and running. After my injury my lifestyle drastically changed. It was difficult to sit or stand for periods longer than thirty minutes and exercising became frustrating and painful. I couldn’t even wear high heels! Determined not to allow my injury to take control of my life, I tried several methods of recovery including physical therapy and yoga; yet, I still continued to have lower back pain. Becoming more indifferent about my recovery, I began to recall a time where I was at my optimum physical ability. I was taking Nathan’s kickboxing class at Georgia State. I was confident that his years of knowledge and experience as an athlete and instructor could benefit my recovery. Nathan designed a fluid and seamless workout that was creative, challenging with the focus on strengthening my lower back and core. After training with Nathan I continued applying the techniques and no longer have lower back pain. The absence of my back pain is life changing! I can exercise regularly, sit through a movie, and stand all night at a rock concert. I’ve even thrown out my flat heel shoes and traded them in for high heels!

I was running myself in the ground at 262 pounds, exercising incorrectly, drinking alcohol and eating food with zero nutritional value.
