Trinity Fitness is a gym for women who are determined to improve their health and way of life. Dedicated to empowering women through fitness and a positive attitude, Nathan Nowak has developed an intense and challenging kickboxing class structure unlike any other in Atlanta. All Trinity kickboxers, regardless of their level of expertise, are pushed to new levels of physical fitness using specific elements from martial arts, boxing, and aerobic exercise.
There are a wide variety of martial art forms deriving from different Asian countries. The kicks used by Trinity are based on Taekwondo techniques used in today’s Olympic style sparring, while the punches are taken from the sport of Boxing. Trinity’s instructors are all members of Trinity’s Taekwondo Team; each member is a National Champion and a Black Belt, assuring kickboxing members the best instruction. Trinity currently offers 14 kickboxing classes per week.

If you’re tired of the gym, tired of the treadmill and tired of the same old aerobics classes, then Trinity’s Finish Strong! Boot Camp program is for you! Unlike most boot camp classes in Atlanta, Trinity’s boot camp isn’t a jog in the park! The workouts consist of push ups, squats, plyometrics and more.
Come strut your stuff in our Zumba class, a dance class based on Latin rhythms.
It burns calories like crazy, anyone can do it (yes, even you folks who say you have no rhythm. If you can walk, you can Zumba!), and it is FUN!
Exercise while you dance and jam out to the music, what could be a more fun and exciting way to shed that unwanted fat! The dances are designed for all levels from beginners to advanced, each individual can put as much zest in their moves as they like, spice it up or keep it simple, either way you won’t even realize your working out, but you’ll love the results as you tone up that body.

If you’re one of those people who can’t always make it to a scheduled class, but prefer being told what to do for your workout over coming up with your own routine, then you’ll enjoy our daily workouts. They are designed to push individuals harder than they would typically push themselves on their own, while accommodating individuals who have a busy life schedule. Come in and tackle the workout on your own, or come in and partake in the group WOD classes.
